It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Or that some of you have been vaguely anticipating. One of those.

Whichever, today is the day that I finally launch my exclusive range of JD Kirk Merchandise! Woohoo! Hooray! Yaaaas! etc, etc.

Here’s how it works. There will be three ranges of products available each month, each with a different design on it. At the end of the first month, one product will be removed and replaced by a new one. This will continue for three months, until all three original products have been replaced.

At the end of each three month period, all profits from the sales of the merchandise will go to a local charity here in the Highlands. The first charity selected is STAR for Harris, a charity set up by a couple of friends of mine following the tragic death of their infant son from cancer.

Because this particular charity is so close to our hearts, my wife and I will be matching all proceeds from the merchandise sales for the first three months, so whatever you guys raise will be doubled before being handed over.

Sales are being done via Redbubble, so everything is available worldwide, and will be shipped from a local distribution hub, cutting down on postage costs and wait times. Because Redbubble is a print on demand company, prices are a little higher than if we held vast quantities of stock, but until we know if anyone actually wants any of this stuff, we’ve decided this is the best way to run things.

Approximately 20-25% of the price you pay comes to us as our cut of the sale, and it’s this amount that will be going directly to the charity at the end of the three months.

It might not be immediately obvious to everyone where all the products are on the Redbubble site, so I’ve grabbed this screenshot to help make it clearer.

When you follow the link below to the store, you’ll see some variation of this page. The three products might be different, but don’t worry about that. These are just sample products from the range on offer. Clicking ‘Shop all products >’ below each image will take you to the full list of products available for that design.

Make sense? Excellent. Any problems, leave a comment below and I’ll help you out.

Thanks in advance for any purchases you make, and for supporting a truly important local charity.

Oh! The link! To visit the store, just head on over to shop.jdkirk.com.
